Harvey Maria

Karndean flooring is inspired by the natural world. The company actively travels and seeks out “expressive and intriguing forms” to influence their floor designs. The designs come in a choice of either wood or stone, in a range of plank and tile sizes. You can really make your room your own with their choice of decorative borders and design grout strips, and how the planks/tiles are laid.

Karndean is both pet and child friendly with K-Guard being used to create scuff and stain resistance on their surfaces. Yet, they are softer and warmer underfoot than stone and natural wood flooring. They are hygienic, as they do not hold dust, and are easy to clean with a sweep and a mop. Karndean is waterproof and will not warp or swell when it is wet. It is compatible with underfloor heating systems up to 27 degrees Celsius and is 100% recyclable. Karndean flooring comes with a lifetime guarantee.

Here at Western Carpets we offer the glue down ranges of art Select, Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Van Gogh, Opus and Knight Tile. We also offer the Opus Enhance range for commercial areas, which advise a pendulum Wet Test result of 40+ above.

Cavalio luxury vinyl tiles have two ranges, Conceptline and Projectline. Conceptline is suitable for the home and light commercial interiors. Projectline is suitable for heavy commercial areas, or the home, boasting a superior protective layer.

The Cavalio ranges “authentically replicate the stunning beauty of natural materials” with their wood and stone designs. Being influenced by wood from around the world, you can feel the and see the wood grain in the design, adding realism to the planks.  With different plank sizes to choose from and choices as to how they are laid, such as parquet or herringbone for example, amazing results can be created. You can add your own touch even further by adding borders, grouting, feature and marquetry strips.

Harvey Maria has two wonderful ranges, the Premier Wood Collection and Signature Collection. Both of these are designed to look stunning by themselves, or to complement each other. They are both suitable for any room in the home.

Their wood designs are available in a range of tones and finishes. They have a hard-wearing wear layer of 0.70mm and are amazingly realistic in design. The Signature Collection has patterns by some of “Britain’s best-loved designers bringing you an inspirational assortment of classical and contemporary patterns.” Cath Kidston, Dee Hardwicke and Neisha Crosland’s designs brought to you by Harvey Maria can add style to any room.

Their flooring is completely waterproof, slip resistant, suitable for use with underfloor heating and comes with a 20-year warranty. As they use an eco-friendly formula, they can also be fully recycled.

Amtico has a “solid reputation for expertise and skill” and is “known around the world for its genuine provenance and quality.” They are the original manufacturer of LVT with a choice of wood, stone or abstract flooring. Their product has a urethane layer, Quantum Guard which means that there is no need to polish, it is easy to clean and is scuff and stain resistant. Amtico is compatible with underfloor heating, is waterproof, quiet and feels soft and warm underfoot. The Spacia collection, which we stock here at Western Carpets, offers an amazing 25-year warranty. All their tiles and planks have bevelled edges. To enhance the look of your flooring, Amtico offer stripping to help reveal your design. They also have a range of borders and motifs so that you can personalise your Amtico, along with three tile and plank sizes.
Ambiance is a family run vinyl flooring company. They are proud that their flooring "always has a professional finish and is easy to maintain after it has been fitted." It comes in various colours and styles and is hard-wearing with a satin finish and a 0.7mm wear layer. Their product either has the appearance of wood, stone, ceramic or metal with bevelled edges, and has the option of adding feature strips to make the tiles stand out and be noticed.
